I found this linked from the blog of a member of 'the organization that cannot be named":
INCIDENT COMMANDER: A CRISIS TRAINING SIMULATION quote:
Incident Commander is a PC-based software simulation that models real-world situations within a community, allowing for training at the management level for a critical incident. It is based upon the command structure mandated by FEMA in its rules for National Incident Management System (NIMS) compliance, notably the Incident Command System.
And the best part is that, except for S&H ($5.00) it is free.
Too bad, NACO went on record and said the Aux is not a first responding agency. It still might be fun to play with.

Ordered 10 copies -- for use in my work (not Aux)...won't need them all. Send me a PM with mailing address if you'd like one (no shipping fees...

Got it -- will "quick turn" as soon as it arrives.

Does the game come with a badge and a secret code ring?

The badge is included, but to get the ring you have to mail in 3 inner seals from jars of Ovaltine.
And remember: "Be sure to drink your Ovaltine."

It's an ok sim. Has some problems with getting going instruction-wise, like how to do things.

Any chance this game is "deaf-friendly," with an option for turning on captions?

If I remember the sequence correctly, you made a post to CAPTalk that referred back to your blog. So I first saw it on CAPTalk. One poster here objects to too frequent mentions of CAP, so we keep her calm by referring, in jest, to CAP as the "organization that cannot be named" or the "C" organization. So far I have managed to incinerate or blow up my crews every time.

Well, glad I could be helpful.
