Is this true?
The leadership is using the COL to suppress the flow of complaints upward and to hide behind it in the downward direction. The suppression works to protect the leadership from criticism. -How many of your complaints or questions never reach the correct level? - Anything going into the chain may just as well be kissed goodbye? -How often have you heard "The leadership says" without a name being associated? -Have you ever been told what to do without being told why? -Have you always gotten a fair hearing? -Has your leadership always demonstrated that they understand the rules? -Has the process been expedient or did it drag on? anything els? Thanks Bruce |

The expression YM&DMV (Your Mileage and District May Vary) is particularly true here. In any organization of this size. You will have some really good leaders and some who really suck. Some are great communicators and pass along all the information that comes there way and others who jealously guard what they know. |

No.
Anything but vague complaints about the Aux that you'd like to contribute to the board Cervantes? Just an observation, but this person has recently made a very troll-like comment on the SDF board here. Hate to stereotype, but a person new to the board making incendiary comments.....
