There are things that happen to me in the service some I remember a lot I don't. The recient events in the news brings back all the feelings of what happened 28b years ago.
Simular events simular treatment. Just tring to figure how to not put myself back into the rut I just got out of.
How can I go on. Any ideas

I am going through the same thing, Do you have a mental health provider? If not get to an VA urgent care and get started with therapy, one on one. Post here on Living with PTSD, thread or MST thread. I also post on vetwow.com. We are all veterans who are living with MST. Sally
