*** I personally had revived this post last evening when it was pointed out by Dave M that I was violating a TOS.
As I read what was left of my post this morning, it no longer was making any sense and I would not be able to receive the guidance I was hoping for. ***

You are discussing a legal claim. We can not advise you on this matter, only an attorney at law is capable of discussing if you have a claim. Malpractice law is a complex area and varies by state. A claim that might prevail in Ohio might fail in a state like Florida for lack of ability to collect damages. And when the doctor is employed by the VA, the issues are federal and have special rules.

Thanks for your letting me know Dave. I guess my next step is a representative and/or Lawyer.

Am I allowed to update on the personal side of this subject and get morale support? What can I say about the experiences without violating rules? I believe I understand NOT to mention the Tort, but I can explain the ordeal I went through?

I will need support and this place happens to be the greatest collection of Veterans helping Veterans.

You can mention almost anything, just not place links to sites not authorized by military.com. Allowed are .mil, .gov, state sites, Veterans Sites and some others.

I am moving this topic later to Veterans Medical Treatment Issues as it is not a PTSD issue.
