I have recently opened an account with USAA. I was trying to get some financial advise, but I am currently serving in Italy so they say they. Cannot help me because of certain restrictions because I am in Italy. Is anyone familiar with this or away to get around it?

Unless the financial advise your seeking is related to Italian Law (buying a home in Tuscany etc), there is no reason you should not be able to get your question(s) answered.

If your willing ask the question in this forum without the numbers, perhaps someone here could assist and at least point you in the right direction.
