Submarine-manning woes for 2 fellow Commonwealth nations' navies: the RAN and the SAN. This article speaks for itself.

This already adds to the current submarine woes Canada's Maritime Command/ Canadian Navy (no longer called the RCN) also has with its own Victoria/ex-RN Upholder class submarines.

Living in the tight smelly confines of a diesel electric submarine is not this generation's idea of good living. Why build so many submarines no one wants to live in?
