I was told the by a recruiter that the PS rate was not currently open. Is this due to the recruiters location because there are no billets available? Also whats are the requirements to not attend A school?
On the 2nd question, research "Direct Petty Officer." For the PS rating, you usually have to be a full-time LE officer, working for a local, state, or Federal agency. The recruiter and you prepare a "rate determination" package and submit it.
