Before you post in this forum, please understand that there is a difference between a Port Security Unit (PSU) and the Port Security Specialist (PS) rating.
A Port Security Specialist is a specific job type in the Coast Guard Reserve whereas a Port Security Unit is a unit of the Coast Guard Reserve made up of people from all different types of job types (ratings). A PS can serve at a PSU but is not limited to serving there.
