If there are no avialable PS billets what would be the next best rating to take.. which is pretty close to what the PS does.

BM or MST

Honestly, you could be any rate at a PSU and be attached to the security division and perform the safe functions a PS would perform.

If somewhere else, I would definetely say BM.

No MST billets at a PSU.
