It is a section on the monthly commander's pay report actually titled: No Pay - Validate Status. Listed under this section are soldiers that have not received any pay for 12 consecutive UTA's (normally 3 months of drills). Usually these are the unit's AWOL problem soldiers.
There are 3 ways for a soldier to come off the list:
1 - they attend a drill period; or
2 - they are paid for orders performed; and of course
3 - the unit discharges them.
