Not to criticize, but strictly speaking there's no "fat burning zone". The higher the intensity the more fat you burn, period. Also, proper nutrition right before exercise alone is no guarantee of proper energy levels. Glycogen stores in the muscles are best replaced following strenuous exercise. In other words, if you don't feed the beast after exercise the previous day, the best breakfast day of exercise is not gonna help you much and you'll feel like... not exercising, especially with a full stomach. Eat well less than 1 hr after exercise and eat 2-3 hrs (ideally) before exercise. Remember, 1 lb of fat is around 3500 kcal. Burn 500 more kcal (Calories) per day than you eat, you'll lose 1 lb/week. |

Excellent advice. Stand do not recline, walk do not stand still etc. Keep active both physically and mentally.We were made to sweat and move. Not sit still and watch the tube.
