Does anyone know where the last bit of research on the location of his missing articles is at?

I know that the sword given him by Catherine is still missing. How far has that search continued?

is one of them. Several of the items are still missing. Both his swords, the one as captian in ARW navy and the one awarded by catherine the great of russia. To my knowledge the US Navy has never found it.

When he died his private collection was sold in france. I am assuming either the NAzis got it in WWII two or it is in a private collection.
