It depends. If they went through the process in the last year, then Indoctrinated is correct. CCTI currently stands for Chief Call to Indo.

These four folks listed at the top are exceptionally good Chiefs, who also participated in a very good CCTI process. One benefit of being stationed at GCA is that I get to attend each band concert. They're awesome and I'm looking forward to tomorrow's event!
