A while back I came here for help in searching my father's 'footsteps' in Europe during WWII. I got a ton of help from some very wonderful guys here...you got me started on this journey by being generous with your time and patience...you have no idea how grateful I am to you all...I think you'll know who you are. You looked over my dad's discharge paper, helped me with things like his medals, his insignia, even posted a photo of the transport ship he went over there on... I am still working on this project, slowly it's all coming together...your help has not be in vain...THANK YOU so very much!! Now I simply want to extend warm greeting to each of you for this holiday season. I've sent cards & letters to our soldiers in Iraq, gave extra when I could towards the vet organizations I belong to, and now it's your turn...
