I think I knew more than the prosecutor. Probably scared the defense.

I thought I was going to get out of any trial the last time I went. Usually defense attorneys do not like police officers in the jury. So I got selected for a Civil Trial. I completed three days, and during that we deliberated a couple of hours. The defendant's attorney got scared and they agreed to a settlement before we reached a verdict. I am probably due for duty pretty soon.
