I hope his Mom always reminds him that his Dad was a True Hero and a True Patriot.
"You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We will preserve for our children (America), the last best hope of man on earth, or we will sentence them to take the first step into a thousand years of darkness. If we fail, at least let our children and our children's children say of us we justified our brief moment here. We did all that could be done."
The body is gone, but the spirit is still alive. Within the walls of your heart, his memory will never die. Hold onto the memories of the good times you had, laugh and remember, do not be sad. No more hurt and no more pain, he goes on to live again. For in the hearts and the minds of his loved ones and friends, he will forever be a Hero, a soldier to the end. Semper Fidelis
"Hold our troops in your hands and guide them. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. Amen."
Wow. Thanks for the reality check. I realize whats going on daily in the war on terror, but seeing those pictures made me want to thank you all. Thanks for posting those pictures, and thank you all for what you do. The picture of the Marine crying at his cousins funeral, and the picture of the girl over the casket and the fathers head on the casket with the flag really busted me open. Thanks for posting them.
Thank you all. Happy Memorial Day, which like stated before, is every day for you brave souls.
-Always Remembered. Never Forgotten. Support the troops. Thanks for providing the freedoms we enjoy daily. God Bless America!-
Thank you to all who served, and to those who gave all, rest in peace. You will not be forgotten by me.
