I've been out a little over a year but cant get into the website (https://smart.navy.mil) to download them. Any Marines out there got any other ways to get them. I tried to contact my VA rep but he's never in his office or returns my calls.

ok I screwed that up. I'm trying to get my SMART transcripts so I can start some online classes but the website wont let me on. Any suggestions?
