So the wife and I were on our back patio shooting the breeze the other day and she mentioned that we needed to get some pictures taken before the baby is born (she is 8 months prego). This is how the conversation went:
Wife: "We should have pictures made before the baby is born." Me: "How much does that stuff cost?" Wife: "'bout 80 bucks." Me: "80 Bucks!! I have to work 6 hours for 80 bucks! Wife: "All I have to do is wait for payday. By the way, take out the trash and replace the TP in the bathroom." Who is going to argue with a wife who is 8 months pregnant? You've got to love 'em.  |

It has already started. Moving things around, child proofing everything, dogs in their kennels vice our room... Can't wait. |

DO NOT!! I repeat, DO NOT!! let her try that "La maze", "natural' child birth crap! Women will rip your arms out of the sockets when the pain hits them and they didn't get drugs.

Yeah....We did that class. 2 hours every thursday night for 4 weeks. she was doing well through the contractions. not too much pain, breathing well, etc. then the doctor came in, and what did the doctor say? "Looks like we'll need to do a c-section." so all those classes became a complete waste of time and money. |

Good luck Marine. just to warn you now, women seem lose brain cells and common sense from childbirth. they also lose sense of the value of a dollar. be prepared to come home and have her show you all the cutesy expesive crap that she couldn't live without. and you'll put up with it...why? because she's giving you the greatest gift you'll ever receive. |

Went throught he same thing with X-mas pictures. The wife wanted a professional photographer. I busted our my Nikon digital camera and handed it to my sister-in-law and told her to take 100 pictures. Cost $0. . |
