I don't. Maybe if he's out of the way, incapacitated, whatever, maybe WV will quit voting him in and the state will become a better state. Having someone as old and feeble as he is in politics is not logical. I duscussed this issue w/someone awhile back, and it all comes down to loyalty to all the pork he got them 30 years or so ago.

I don't wish him bad, just out of politics.

From a scholarly stand point, there is no one in the Government who knows more about the Constitution than him. There is no one in the Senate or the House for that matter that can step into his place on Constitutional knowledge.

A couple of years ago, he successfully argued that he should not receive a ticket for an accident that he was involved in.

Article I, Section 6. They shall in all cases, except treason, felony and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same.

Ahhh, NO. My section was involved with the Kennedy fiasco. The only reason I wasnt there that night was because my wife asked me to take the night off so she could do stuff with friends from work. Its like comparing apples and oranges.

Teddy could have used him! He killed a woman, ran away, didn't report the "accident" for more than 10 hours and just received a ticket. The injustice of the American Justice system continues to march on!
