Fact: You have rights under the 2nd Amendment. Question: If you went blind, do you think you lose those rights? Well someone did.
But he has the force of law behind him. I know sighted people who have had accidental discharges. Happens all the time. I know of at least 2 people who have had one of their guns accidentally shot themself. I say "accidentally" because they didn't "intend" to do it. One of them was a pistol owned by a police officer. | ||

I was watching Gunsmoke the other day. Great old TV show. In it, a nearly blind gun-fighter always gave the other guy the first shot. That way, he could see the flash and know where to shoot back. | |||
