The only reason I posted it in the DOG was because I couldn't find any topics or forums with directly related info on PATFORSWA. Maybe there is a PATFORSWA forum? maybe I didn't look hard enough. Anyways I'm a non rate and just submitted my packet its at 1lT's level and was just looking for some general info for the non rate side. First off are you afloat or ashore and are you in kuwait or baharain? Next what is the primary job for non rates overseas? On the solicitation it says to be BTM members but is the main reason b/c they need sanders/painters/messcooks? Do the non-rates seem to be enjoying it overseas and are they really making a significance in pay with the extra pay and tax free?
