this might be a dumb question, but do msst/msrt
get deployed overseas?

Not at this point.

PSU's do the overseas work.

We did at some point.
Galveston deployed to Haiti.

I know that until 2005 there was an MSST GTMO rotation... (I remember that Boston and NY went)

Currently PSUs are the only ones deploying overseas, but I think that may change in the not-so-distant future...

I kinda felt like the deployment to Jersey was out of country also, things are very foreign up there.

If I remember correctly, I read somewhere that when the MSST/MSRT/PSU's all merge together they will be all CONUS deployments only. But that was a while ago, it could have changed.
