BEIJING, Nov 18 (Reuters) - President Barack Obama gave his sternest warning yet about the need to contain rising U.S. deficits, saying on Wednesday that if government debt were to pile up too much, it could lead to a double-dip recession.

"It is important though to recognize if we keep on adding to the debt, even in the midst of this recovery, that at some point, people could lose confidence in the U.S. economy in a way that could actually lead to a double-dip recession," he said.

And then he touted the $1-2T healthcare bill and the Cap and trade agenda that will cripple the economy supported by the Republicans, oops, that was the Dems, wasn't it.

Did he say that cuz Beiijing was looking over his shoulder and the Chinese are not impressed with our D-E-B-T? or is he "Words...JUST WORDS" and Yes We Can and Hope and Change.... BTW notice he spends more time on 'constant campaign' ((going to Allentown, PA for ANOTHER Campaign when he returns)) and his Health Care Agenda than he does for our US Troops?? Think about it....

His talking about debt spending is as hypocritical as if he told someone else to quit smoking.

How can anyone defend this? He is now the deficit spending President, this is on him. No one can blame anyone but the President and the Dem congress for this now. This is past Bush.

Watch how many still try to blame Bush though.
I am waiting for it.

Todays politics remind me of an old saying. - "Ideas are more powerful than guns. We would not let our enemies have guns, why should we let them have ideas?" - Joseph Stalin
