The Healthcare Reform Bills are nearing the reconciliation process between the House and the Senate. Certainly nothing is hidden in this monstrous 2000 page bill that will hurt the American public. The President says 30,000,000 americans do not have coverage at this time. Pelosi says that 96% of the population will be covered. Who are the 11,000,000 that are left out in the cold? That would mean that this $1T power grab would only assist 2/3s of those in need, if you buy the $1T. We normally miss the mark by factors of 6-10 in past projections for
any healthcare bills.
The Cash for Clunkers cost the taxpayer approximately $24,000 per unit to execute. TARP was used for everything but its intended purpose, problems creating the economic issue with the mortgage industry remain as before. The $8,000 tax was given to almost 600 homebuyers under the age of 18, one 4 years old. We are about to entend that program. SS, Medicare/Medicaid going broke, this one may be resolved in the near future. The President is going after the deficit, everything is on the table, SOCIAL SECURITY, MEDICAID/MEDICARE, ...., NEVER LET A GOOD CRISIS GO TO WASTE. Should be good times for our children and grandchildren in the future.

What can go Wrong Here? EVERYTHING! Please make note that this HC Bill is being written behind CLOSED DOORS by a FEW Dems with the ''help'' of a WH Staff Member. NO REPUBLICAN INPUT AT ALL!! NONE!!!! HC effects 100% of the US Population. And yet, per State, the US Senators we elected to represent us have NO SAY in this Bill. It is JUST ''Pre-selected Dems behind a closed Door'' being written in SECRECT!! ***Remember this was supposed to be on C-Span with US Citizen INPUT***

Obama is seeking 3.4 BILLION for SMART GRID and also there is a BAILOUT on the way for GMAC!! This Country is broke...

96% of the pop will be covered, I thought that 90% already had coverage before this bill.

So why all the money to cover people that are already covered.
