I was sort of hoping to see that "frog-march" thing. Drat. Well, maybe Rove could do some volunteer work in the burgeoning democracy of Iraq? Help them learn how to do polls and identify "hot button issues?" Get out support and supress opposition? Maybe he's spending time with his oldest son because the young man is planning to enlist? Then again, maybe he's just another rat leaving sinking ship? Hmmmm...

Well-well, the Pillsbury Dough Boy look alike is calling it quits. In reality, he's become an embarrassment to the administration, and is just another in a long line of political amateur screw-ups who made shambles of the office of President. He spilled his guts to Atty Patrick Fitzgerald during his several Grand Jury depositions for the Lewis Libby investigation to save his own butt, and the only reason he wasn't fired then was because the administration wanted to save face and be forced to fire him then.

The demos leaders are happy and relieved that he is going. They were scared of him, according to their self belief Rove made them look like gutless, spineless, tax raising, self center creatures that they are.

When I for one quarter second visualised the Cheney Rove administration, I had to jam my whole arm down my throat and hurl everything ingested for 50 years.
