OUTSTANDING! WHAT I DON'T GET IS WHY NEWSSTORIES AND APPARENTLY POLITICIAN AND MAYBE EVEN MILITARY LEADERS GIVE WAY TO MUCH CREDENCE TO SADR AND PONDER WHAT IF HE RELEASES HIS MILITIA. DOES HE REALLY WANT LASTING CALM OR IS HE JUST WAITING FOR US TO LEAVE? DOES ONE 2-BIT CLERIC DESERVE THIS MUCH CREDIT?

When we leave it will embolden all sides. The region will break out into factional fighting like Lebanon. There will be masses of tortures and beheadings, raping, and children smashing like they always do.

Then whoever is the Last Standing will dictate the country. If it is back to square one we will go back and blast them again.

Of course by then we will have improved all of our weapons systems while they won't because they still use old Ruski equipment which hasn't improved in a while and we waste twice as many knuckleheads as before.

That's what I don't get about our global critics. Not sayin' we have flawless policies or strategies, but if they were guided by half the gun-crazy hubris that we're accused of, the world would be far more grim than it is today. Course it'd also be a lot quieter.

Good Job. Applause

This tells us that some of the stumbling blocks in the Iraqi Government have gotten out of the way.

When it suits his purpose, Muqtada al-Sadr declares units (death squads) to be rouge and repudiates them.

Earlier this fall is was reported in the press that the ‘official’ Sadr Army was hunting down and eliminating Rouge Sadr Army units. The general feeling was that he was eliminating those individuals that could directly tie him and his leadership to the Death Squad activities he would publicly disavow.

Angel/Devil Bravo the US ARMY "Early Entry Program to Meet The Virgins" has been accepted by 8-11 more Islamofacists. Happy Trails to them.

Rememer a dead Islamofacists is a good one.

Another example of the U.S. forces getting the job done, but the Iraqi government dragging their heals. As a committed supporter of our mission in Iraq, I find it disheartening that the Iraqis can't seem to get past their tribal animosities and embrace freedom and equality, regardless of what sect they happen to belong to.

It took a bloody Medival age chock full of war and slaughter for Europe to get beyond tribalism... Other societies have had to go through the same BLOODY process to become nation states as well... Something the niocon cabal seems to have missed in history class.
