I just read an article that says the State Department has found that $28 million dollars of government equipment issued to Blackwater and Dyncorp have gone missing. Some of the equipment is large..armored vehicles and such. How can this be true? Is this just bad bookkeeping or what? Where I work if they issue me something and it goes unaccounted for, I have to pay for it.

they lost the paperwork on that stuff... its all still around just they have lost the paperwork for a whole bunch of stuff..... well thats what i heard anyways....
