SAN ANGELO, Texas - A Texas judge refused on Friday to sign an agreement that would have paved the way for the first large batch of children taken from a polygamist sect's ranch to return to their parents, dashing hopes raised by a Supreme Court ruling in the case.

Texas District Judge Barbara Walther wanted to add restrictions to the parents' movement and broaden the authority of Child Protective Services to monitor the more than 400 children in foster care before signing an agreement by

Gee, I guess she just doesn't get it. She over stepped her authority, stomped on the constitution, i.e. the fourth amendment, traumatized those she claimed to protect, the state SUPREME COURT OF TEXAS, orders the children returned immediately AND she now wants to over rule the SUPREME COURT OF TEXAS and put restrictions on the higher courts ruling?
Talk about a self righteous, sanctimonious hypocrite!
Everything is bigger in Texas, including the balls of the female judges of the lower courts...

With all the legalities and drum beating of the kegal system one can only hope that the children find a healthy and amicable enviorment to grow up in. The justice system sometimes overlooks the child for the point of law

I hear the sound of marching boots.
Good, bad, or indifferent, the TSC has ruled.
This broad should STFD and STFU.

With all due respect rm444, she is acting within the SC's ruling. The presiding judge over the initial case has the right put limitations on travel ESPECIALLY since there is still a criminal investigation going on.

Yes, children SHOULD be with their parents...not pimped out at 13 or 14 years old as the FLDS do (to the girls) or dumped off in the nearest big city so they aren't competition for the pedophiles running the "Religion" (done to the boys).

You keep repeating the same stupid hatred that started it all. Do you know for a fact that that is what happened there? If so, please share it with Child Protective Services, they seem to be having a bit of trouble proving it, to the point that the State Supreme Court of Texas told them that they overstepped their authority and must return the children...

Gee, seems that miserable freak Jeffs is sitting in the slammer for what he did right now, along with others...
Hey, I know, lets go and get the victims, the parents and children victimized by Jeffs and his band of azzholes AND PUNISH THEM!
Wow, how simple was that? Why hadn't everyone thought of this before? Amazing, simply amazing!
Seems the Texas State Supreme Court disagrees with that huh? Seems before this is all over it will go to the Supreme Court of the United States and all along, the children are the ones being victimized and all because a sheriff, a judge and the good citizens of Schleicher[sp?] county fell victim to outside agitation...
The real criminals here, the agitators won't even be charged, where is the justice, in all of this?...
The sad thing about all of this, people somehow think this is about the first amendment, it's not and never was, it was and is all about the fourth amendment...

And you keep repeating what your "church" tells you to...you lose a lot of credibility when you are looking forward to your own celestial kingdom with a herd of wives

Where did I say you were FLDS? Are you denying that Mainstream LDS believe in polygamy in the celestial kingdom?

Nope, not at all, so what has something that they believe in AFTER DEATH, got to do with what takes place among the living?...
Now, when and where did I say that I was a Mormon?

That is a complete lie. No infants under 1 year of age have been taken forced away from their mothers, their mothers have stayed in State custody with them.

It's all a bit '72 virgins' though isn't it.

It would seem that the children are being returned now, as we speak...
Like I said, hope the good citizens of the state of Texas have some deep pockets. The true guilty will never see a day in court and that is the true shame of it...
