Have you ever been to Crawford Texas? Mayberry RFD was a larger community. The site of the "big protest" was in the drainage ditches along the road. Just simple human sanitary conditions were not possible. Willie Nelson came from the town of West, Texas, which is near Crawford. He has a free concert and the town can't handle the crowd. Anybody living in a town population 1,200 would feel good about having 1,500 people living in the drainage ditches along the road, come on down, we have a seat for you.
Pearl Harbor's military locations were attacked by an armed military force. Like it or not folks we did shoot back as a military force, we tried. Navy personnel worked around the clock to try to save as many of their shipmates as they could. Many of these men lost their lives in doing so. Many suffered for years with injuries received in this never tried before rescue. Recognition for there heroic efforts with almost nothing ??? I guess the family members of the lives saved remembered, the rest of the country moved on we had a war to fight. I was a young man then. I remember seeing all the gold stars in the windows. Oh yes my friends, those gold stars were all for sons and daughters lost. Yes these mothers sure did miss their children, I would see them in church every Sunday. Hold a peace demonstration at President Franklin D. Roosevelt's home? Tell me how you would do that, I would like to know. Yes we were a democracy then and proud of it.

A civilian location gets attacked by a hand full of people, not an Army. The loss of life, almost all civilian as large as lives lost at Pearl Harbor. The rescue attempts all civilian. It was right in our front yard. Everybody wants to be compensated. The president of the United States recognizes the heroic efforts. The rescuers are on the clock and being compensated at overtime rates. The clean up is going to costs millions.

I'm not surprised at all, that we have a TV program "Smarter than a 5th Grader" and most of the adult participants can't answer the questions.

Mack, that word (impeachment) gets thrown around quite a bit, to inflame. I have yet to hear anyone specify the nature of the charges against the President that would qualify for impeachment.

I am a liberal and democrat but am not for pulling out our troops. From what I see with people like Pullhosey and Shehand is a lack of knowledge of what we are doing over there. They have a similar knowledge of military affairs akin to Saddam Hussein. I cannot stand the liberal democrat as they are today.

We cannot have novices involved in military affairs. We must stay the course and kick booty. This type of operation takes time. If you know how long it takes to roust a rat out your attic without using cheese and a trap, then you know how long it will take to roust the rats out of the middle east, Europe, Canada, Australia and the U.S.

If they can't get their head and their azzhole wired together them I will take a giant sheet on them.

As much as I despise the war, "walking away" is not an option, especially with either of these ladies running the show. Elections are comming up and we DO have the power to hire and fire. 'Staying the course' is not a very popular position or one to consider in a frivelous manner. The troops want this to end, but not at the expense of another generations honor. This isn't something I consider with mediocrity. Our future is, not maybe, on the line. Impeachment would be a good thing, but I would go back and get that other disreputable character still hanging with the Washingtonians high society. Where in the hell do we get these arrogant and ignorant losers. Damascus Nancy and Silly Cindy are both nut jobs.
