An extremely graphic sex video starring Carrie Prejean is the reason the conservative former Miss California has dismissed her lawsuit against the pageant. What hypocrisy, she had a sextape with a boyfriend? If is was a tape with a woman then it would be hypocrisy. Shhhh even christians have sex. Guess most of America are hypocrits add Maine by that standard. So, the gay couple I know that dont want marriage and have a civil union are real hypocrits. |

Your editorializing is at odds with the facts. As clearly stated in the article, she was alone so your musing about "position" says far more about you than it does her: TMZ Managing Editor Harvey Levin said during a webcast Wednesday that he obtained the Prejean video during the summer, but found it "too racy" to post on his site. He indicated Prejean was alone in the video. The source with knowledge of the settlement talks told CNN those details were accurate. |

First of all, the video was a home movie in which she APPEARED ALONE and may have been recorded without her knowledge.
Secondly, the settlement is to her advantage and she will make more than the million bucks she was suing the Pageant for in her book deal. She also doesnt have to pay for her breast implants and the Pageant now gets no proceeds from her book or from anything else she does. Sounds like a win-win deal to me. BTW, A little secret...Christians master-bate just like everyone else. |

Once again, her crime? Defining marriage as a man and woman. And people can't stand it. Well a very small segment of society cant stand it.

Very small indeed; out of 31 states that have put the question to the ballot all 31 agree with her. It's interesting that "the party of the people" can so easily disregard the will of the people. |

As a native Mainer I can assure you that at most locations north and east of Bangor such threats would not be made twice. Best of luck to Jesse Connolly on taking his message to the townships of rural Hancock and Washington Counties...even those that may agree with him will take him down a peg or two just for being "from away"! |

I think you have the right of it. I disagree with her stand, but she has every right to her opinion. There is no reason for her to be savaged for expressing her opinion in a reasonable manner. |

No her "crime" was in breaking her contract and claiming the pageant was persecuting her for her religion. She then turned around and used this "claimed" presecution to get gullible people to make her rich. |

please explain for the rest of us who live in reality. Because the truth is that the left were on her case before the pageant was even over via the rabidly left web sites that were slandering her and then the "mainstream' outlets that joined on the bandwagon by the next morning. What people should have been most offended by was that an uneducated, unemployed, overweight leftist radical with an agenda was even allowed to be a judge to begin with. |
