My coworkers read Maxum. Sometimes I read the articles. Sometimes I look at the women. I have to admidt the women are very pretty.
Before taking mens magazines off the shelves. You do not think that women read guys magazines. For instance Chip and Dales. This is porn. Ask a women who might read this magazine. Get there opinoin before banning any porn. |

I recall "Connie Rod" and I think "Sergeant Half Mast". Connie was voluptuous and curvaceous and old sarge, well he was old. Their names implicating of thoughts that young men would not forget or at least related to back then. Also, I was trying to recall the monthly magazine that had a full page photo of a member of the Womens Army Corps (WAC), or some soldier's spouse premiered in a swimsuit or naughty attire in the winter, on the last page. And yes, they certainly did have strippers in the clubs. |

I get the feeling (from this) that you'd be surprised by what women will tell you. They will *absolutely* act the proper prude if you quiz them on this subject. Hell, most American females have been, well, trained from birth to respond prudishly to any acknowledgment of human sexuality, it's not like our girls can help it. Our (God-Damned) Puritan society treats any girl who has sex out of wedlock as a, quote, "****". Ok, so getting back to the quoted post, getting women's opinion on explicit porn is utterly useless. UTTERLY useless: all American females are suspect when asking sexually-related questions (they may be useless subjects due to conditioning). |

I don't know about the other wives out there but I feel that while my husband is away i would like to know that if he was looking to "scratch an itch" and wanted visual help I would want him to use and mag instead of seeking out another woman.... So this might help with the "attacks" but i think it would also cause more adultry in the service therefore not helping the families out....to the other mothers that say her kids see those things and it's not a good infulence on them must have really tall kids with x-ray vision..of course I don't want my kids to see those mags but it's life they hear, say and see worse things on tv and in school.... The world just isn't what it was 30 years ago...Times have changed but don't take away the things that help our troops remember home and help them "help themselves".....

Thats funny. I remember my girl friend mentioning to me that in an episode of "The Girls Next Door" that Bridget's brother is a Army Ranger and visits the mansion when on leave. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that i do support the soldiers right to buy Playboy and Maxim at the PX. It isn't hardcore porn or disrepectful. I think it is more likely to keep our boys sanity intact. God Bless our Men and Women serving world wide. |

WO CARES ABOUT PORN. What the guys do now-a-days, the film their kills, edit and put it to music, and post the whole production on te internet.(In my day, they warned, and wouldn't let us take cameras) If have i-net access, check out YouTube. Search barrett, or sniper kills. We were bad, but these guys are coming home soon......

A female soldier at Grafenw�hr -- Sgt. Pou McCall, 23, of Riverside, Calif. -- said men's magazines don't bother her a lot, but she'd support a ban. "What if it was their (soldiers') sisters (in the magazines)? It doesn't take a magazine for sexual harassment to happen but it increases it," she said. She herself is a living embodiment of sexual harassment.... I wont even stoop to these types of wackos that support the ban except to say that Bin Laden would be proud of the ban... I am sure this female soldier wants the ban, and another ban that requires all her ilk to wear a full body dress cover and a face mask... And her excuse that "What about family?" Let me say this, she needs to shut up about other people's thoughts... If my sister was in this business I would wish her luck, as she is my blood (If I actually liked my sisters that is...) |

Censorship sucks! When does a democratic government get to decide what I read or chose not to read? NEVER! The f-mags are up really high so the kiddies cannot accidentally thumb through them. If you don't want to read them, you can leave 'em on the shelf. Broun does not have the right to decide what we are allowed to read.
