I do believe the constitution gives her the right to disrespect the flag as an inantimate object. In my opinion it is no different than having a shirt with old glory on it and getting coffee on the shirt and then continuing to wear the shirt dirty.
I do not believe she has the right to disrupt a funeral. Some things are just common sense and she has not and did not demonstrate the common courtesy that I would expect a seven year old to understand.
