I noticed, why correct him on spelling? We're talking about constitutional procedure. I think that takes precedence.

Guess that makes you, Dave and myself illiterate?

I wasn't paying close attention to your post, Dave wasn't paying attention to what he typed when he said you are Koran, and you missed that little slip-up too! LOL
Hang in there, Woody. You are ok. ... would rather be illiterate than stupid ... at least when one is illiterate there is hope. "Stupid" doesn't get any better no matter what.

So now people who think media figures shouldnt run around calling for a coup against the President of the United States are stupid?

So I can admit my short fall, but you seem to not admit yours? Yes, we are talking of constitutional procedure, which both sides are right. I just happened to not be paying attention to detail, which I openly admitted. Have you ever admitted to fraqing up? I know you have at some point in time, we all do. And if you say you haven't, you are telling a very tall one......

Would you believe I've been reading "Koran" instead of "Korn" ever since he posted that avatar? You have NO IDEA how stupid you made me look. I'm gonna complain about your post - I have NEVER felt this dumb (and that's saying something). You haven't heard the last of this.

(Ban him Nemesis, ban him!!!!) Frown

Right again ... that's two ... unless, of course, Obama decides to vacate entirely.
The base has an extremely strategic location, and not only that, Cuba-US relations will be normalized under President Obama (even though this has nothing to do with the subject).

Well I see all you liberals and democrats are jealous again, so you go running your empty thoughts without solutions (just as before).

As the old saying goes, "money can't buy you everything". I also heard the democrat have increase their own spending by over 50%, you know taking trips, buying goodies along the way, making false charges, stuff like that.

Now we just need a good leaker (outside of the V.P.) to leak classify info and lets see what happens to them (as we all know, well you libs and dems don't know, you bury your head in the sand and said who, what?)John Kerry said it was alright to leak classify info...sure wish someone who leak a few things about him..Ah, wouldnt do any good..the media will just who, what?

, read the above, please. Seems to me that the Pres. Mel was properly removed from office.

"Attorney General, and Supreme Court acted legally to remove President Zelaya from power for repeated and intended acts that had previously been ruled illegal and unconstitutional by those bodies."

"Article 239 of the Honduras Constitution states that no President can be elected to more than one term. It also states that any citizen who seeks to change the article needs to resign his or her public office.."

"Article 42, Section 5 of the Constitution states that promoting the re-election of the President is grounds for the revocation of citizenship, and Articles 5, 373 and 374 make it clear that the president serves only one term and that this rule cannot be changed - even by constitutional amendment or referendum."

So many here find it necessary to back up a would be outlaw "President For Life" Mel, and claim he should be returned to office? Why? As, if this is the correct interpretation of the Honduran Constitution, he's no longer even a citizen.

Yes, back the red shirts, show us your Alinsky roots.

Depends on how many of Hondura's Supreme Court Justices were bought off by the likes of Micheletti and the ogliarchs.

Is there any aspect of the US Constitution that cannot be amended out of existance?

Is there any aspect of the US Constitution that if criticised would lead to a loss of your citizenship, and send you to jail?

Hmm?
