If true its I guess Popsiq got tired of being reminded he doesn't rate when it comes to domestic policy and other matters American since he doesn't vote or pay taxes here. So I could see how he would create another account to run his Anti-American dribble.

They way that it was "explained" to me, by a MOD, was that is was not illegal to have more than one account, as long as you didn't try and avoid a suspension by starting a new one, trying to deceive the MODS...
