I think you were out of line in several comments you made during your campaign. I have read two of your books and followed your career; I failed the physical for the Academy the year you passed it. You were a breath of fresh air until your apparent opportunism this last election.

You have no profile so i cant tell what expierence you have to pass judgement on a fellow viet nam vet.I knew his opponent in that race,and believe me you are much better off with a war hero than a heel.Again i dont know your background so i wont try to fathom your thinking.We should all be happy that a fella with so much expierence running the VA is in a position to help other vets.

Jim Webb is another fine example of the low levels this country has sunk to. Web threatened to punch the President of the United States in the mouth and some of you think this is a fine man? He's written foul and immoral books; would you allow your children to read this garbage? Would you recite his pedophile child abuse passages in a reading as if they were written by Shakespeare?

That is your right to free speech you say? Right and the above is mine. Wise up and act like you have some sense. It's no wonder why so many of the children in this country are out of control, disrespectful and have no idea what it is to be an American. Are you proud of that? I'm not.

T.Webb and I served in Viet Nam together, along with many other MARINES he commanded. Trust me when I say, if LT Webb was not there, a lot of us would not have made it back. HE does know how to do the talk and walk. Been There Done that, he has. As a young Marine under his command, I learned a lot from him. Not saying that I agreed with everything, but respected his decisions. I, along with others, know he does know what he is talking about. Even when he left out PLT and moved up, he was there to see that the other LT'S did the job correctly. He is MAN who has a strong belief in FREEDOM

Senator Webb;

Thank You, for being a true-blue american!!! I appreciate your Bill S-22 and hope that it gains enough steam to pass legislation, and eventually passage. The veteran's of OIF/OEF and the global war on terror deserve nothing less.

I knew you were for real when you refused to shake "W"s hand at a White House reception. "W"also asked you how your Marine son was and you told "W" it was personal.

As a freshman senator you aren't in a position to really go for the TRUTH like an eight hundred pound razorback on METH . "W", I think,may of had something to do with your staffer arrested for trying to enter the Senate with a gun in his briefcase. I noticed after the incident it all evaporated in thee days therefore you have some BIG GUNS supporting you.

Follow the TRUTH.

SEMPER FI AND GOD BLESS AMERICA

There is a history of Marines criticizing military policy made by suits back in Washington. Maybe because they're the ones who have to pay the price for stupid-ass policies.
