Basic Training

I am planning to apply for NROTC and I am afraid I am not fit enough. I am strong with chest and legs, but due to tendonitis (arm injury) I wasn't able to life for the past year. Now I only have about 6 months to get to the gym and train for the physical part of the application for NROTC

My question is just how fit do you need to be for the test when you apply into NROTC?

I assume you're a guy, and since applications are pretty competitive, shoot for the max on the test. To do that, you need to do 100 situps in 2 minutres, 20 pullups, and run 3 miles in 18 minutes.
