For the best all around performance go with the ACOG. Few things that the ACOG has going for it is that it requires no batteries to operate, magnified optic which makes PIDing targets at longer ranges easier, greater first round hit probability at longer ranges with BDC very solid optic, out of my company which issues the M68, ACOG, and Eotech the ACOG is the one that goes down less often than the rest (but in another spin on things they are also the longest to return if damaged). One problem with the ACOG is that it is expensive and using a magnified optic at CQB ranges even with the BAC system is difficult and requires a good amount of training time.
But for a red dot sight I prefer the EoTech over the Aimpoint.
