Some years ago, Arthur Toor, working at I believe Lawrence Livermore, developed the above mentioned unmanned small aircraft with US Air Force cooperation. His score on detection was perfect, beating out all the competition. However, though it was approved by the Air Force for use, Genl Westmoreland refused to approve it for his own personal reasons. Where is this technology now? Why is it not being used in Iraq on IEDs? These should be deployed everywhere people are being injured or killed by these explosive devices.
