This guy, Sgt Shaft, just doesn't get it. Yes, the reporter was wrong to not get permission. However, the VA was WRONG in confiscating the reporters equipment. Has he ever heard of something called the US Constitution? Or even the First Amendment? The VA Police violated the reporters rights by confiscating the equipment. The VA police are supposed to not violate the rights of individuals. But that is exactly what they did, when they acted in the illegal manner they did by confiscating the equipment.
And this "reporter" is complaining against the reporter not getting permission for doing an interview? GET REAL. He should be complaining about the VA violating the Constitutional rights of an individual.
My name is Donnell Sedgwick Sr., US Army Retired.I have served in all three components(Active, Guard an Reserves)for a total of 27 years. My question: With time served, Why am I not receiving my retirement pay? Also, I paid into the SBP and have not received any refund, if I am eligible. I was told by the Maryland Army national Guard, that I would have to be 59 and 1/2, in order to receive my retirement. Please Help! I need to know the truth. I am service connected as well, this can be verified by my "VA Health Records". Thank you for your time in this matter and please, Have a great Day!
