Dear Board Members,
I was married to Mst Sgt Robert D. Cantley for 21+ years.He was approved of Agent Orange 100%
disability from Feb.2007 till now.
He had his disability or impotency since I
met him. Is it at all possible to get
retroactive benefits for prior years.

As the 4th wife of Master Seargent Robert D.
Cantley. Just wanting to let you know he was
the best man for me on this earth. God rest
his soul. He was dedicated to the USAF for
26 great years. He served our country well.
He was a good and great husband, father, grand
father and great grandfather to all my children.
I loved him very much and miss him.
He always made me feel my greatest.
He was my friend, buddy and lover for 22years.
I wand to thank you all for your dedication,
for protecting us here on this earth.
You are all making it a safe place to live.
