Alright, is there a specific manual that has how exactly the Helo is going to operate specificly in reguards to a Surface asset in a LE situation? Going through a lot of these manuals, even if some are outdated.... there is a lot of great specifics on the roles of each, but hardly anything on them working together. Yes there is the soon to be coming manuals, but for the time being is there anywhere else I can look? Its only a matter of time before a situation happens that both are on-scene, and both have the go ahead to take action. I'm just trying to tie in all the info for what will be the right thing to do for an NCVUOF situation. Don't flat out say it on here for FOUO reasons, but just direct me in the direction I need to go.

alright... after talking with someone in hitron, so far I've concluded that there isn't an actual manual or instruction, only unit SOP... I will continue with the search and keep things updated.
Alright, I have found a single sentance in the MLEM appendix S that is a little hazy, but it does offer guidance on this issue. If you want the exact paragraph email me at my CG email, but the jest of it is that it won't happen. One asset supercedes the other in priority. Further into it, a single sentance in a seperate paragraph gives the guidance that doesn't limit it from happening.

Nasty, I havent seen a big chapter on it nor an operating procedures checklist. Apparently neither have you so I wont bother looking in the same manuals you have. However, I do know there is a new manual in its final stages that is hopefully delivered to us sometime soon. I had a little time to thumb through it at the BTM/BO focus group in Charleston and I'm guessing what you're looking for will be outlined in there.
I know of the new manual, its basically a Vol. III to the BOAT manual. Yes it will be in there, I'm not sure as of yet as to the extent its goes into it. The Shore Based NCVP tactics, MLEM, ONF all have great info, but do not dwell into the specifics of the combo working together. If you look me up in global I can give you the references with pages and all that I have been able to piece this together from.
A back-burner reason for this is many of my co-workers are part of the pool of people helping write this new manual. So... if you want to know what I found so far... send away the email and I will respond.
