Alright,
Well my other messages on here seemed to be answered pretty quickly. So here goes.....I've been looking here, and have found a lot of useful resources, however I am having trouble stringing them together for our particular situation. He was prior Navy for 6 years, out for two years, and then earlier this year went to WTC, and is not at AIT. I am an aquired dependent of his, we were married while he was in AIT in Ft. Eustis. His home of record is our apartment where I live in Maryland. He has just received his first Army PCS to Hawaii. His orders read wrong, and they are currently amending them so that I can move out there as well.

Are we able to move a couple of weeks apart so that I can wait here with my dog until it is closer to the end of his 120 days since the rabies test?

What different allowances and entitlements should we be looking for, and what can we plan on having to help us make this move? DLA, per diem?

How many travel days should he get?

How do we make the flight arrangements?

Will they pay for me to kennel our dog here, as part of the quarantine cost, so I can quarantine him where I am familiar with the area?

Is this too many questions?

Please let me know! Help is so much appreciated right now!

There should be some type of OCONUS travel briefing that you and/or your husband should attend to get most of your questions answered. You can also call your post's Installation Travel Office to find out if/when the next briefing is. If there are no scheduled briefings, then they can likely answer travel-related questions for you.

TLA and other money questions can be directed to your post Finance section.

Good Luck!

eh, you're better off asking this in the Spouse House under Relocation. We have tons of answers over there regarding PCS and Hawaii and quarantine issues. Check it out, main board-third section down under Spouses and Friends--about 1/2 down that section.
