I'm pcs to hawaii and need some information on it. I'm 11b and most likely going to 25th ID. Was wondering thing such as the barracks (if there wwii era or newer), when they usually give out bah or single soldier. (I assume e-5?) Just looking for the quality of life over there. On/off work.

I did some research but just fond the basic stuffs like 'it's expensive, it's a small place, expensive to travel to mainland, etc.'

BTW I'm pcs'ing to there from Ft. Lewis. I love Ft. Lewis, but wanted to travel around while in the Army.
