Love is kind and patient, never jealous, boastful, proud, or rude. Love rejoices in the truth, but not in evil. Love is always supportive, loyal, hopeful, and trusting. Love never fails!
This is truly the best tagline I could ever want!

So, you girls, seeing as how were all from the great state of TX I think y'all will appreciate this. My husband found out that he'll be stationed in OK. Seriously, Ft. Sill. So i told him the only good thing about OK is that it's 3 hours from Dallas. He didn't understand how it could be so boring out there. Am I wrong about this or do you agree?!?! And it's not even by OK City, it's like 90 miles south of that!!!

Well I would much rather be at Fort Sill than Fort Drum where my hubby has orders to! W. Falls is only about 30-45 min away I think! So you can cross the border and be back in the great state! You guys are sooo lucky!

Texas Made......is your husband by any chance at Ft. Sam Houston right now? Just wondering. Mine is and one of his friends got Ft. Drumm. I know, small chance but just curious. Anyway, I know, I'm in NYC right now and moving home to Dallas in Dec. then making the move to OK so I would've been mad if I' moved all the way home and then had to move all the way back up to New York, ha ha ha. Well, look at it thi way, at least they're not going overseas right now!!! That's what I have to keep telling myself.

Stand by your man.
Give him 2 arms to cling
to and something warm
to come to

Can miles truly seperate
you from your loved one...
If you want to be with
someone you love, aren't
you already there?

I really am not trying to highjack your post since Im not a Texas Native... BUT we currently live in Virginia and my husband is applying to the Dallas Police Department for when he gets out of the Marine Corps in about a year...

Any advice on where to live, schools, etc? We are looking at Plano, Mesquite, Garland, etc. But I would really appreciate any thoughts - positive or negative.

But, I understand if yall dont want to comment since Im not really participating in the OP question... Thanks in advance!
