I just recently became divorced from my husband of two years and was awarded alimony. However he is not paying. Who should I contact in his command to let them no and get them to enforce the court order. I am going to file a contempt motion, but that could take at least another month and then he still may not pay. Is there anyway to get help from his command?

Please help.

The court order can be presented to the military pay office. Alimony is really a civilian issue and will have to be handled through the courts.
