Ok, I am wanting to set some fitness goals for myself and fellow shipmates. So, I am thinking big. Do any of ya'll have the D.O.G Tier I, II, III requirements? There is about 6-7 of us starting to workout here hard and correct, and I would like to set some goals for us. Thanks.
