As a retired member of the military and husband of a military wife for overr 40 years, I know the life style of a military wife. It isn't all fun and games as alot of civilian types would think.

Weather you're married to Enlisted or Officer the song may sound different but it's still on the same radio station. All military personel and their families can appreciate a break from "their Norm." For those synical type folk that think this article as only a space filler, well thankfully you live in a county where you are able to express such thoughts. For me I enjoyed the cute sarcasim. Keep on, keep writing.

I understand perfectly now why I am divorced and will never marry again. Sadly I divorced the wrong woman. The younger "modern" women are quite a piece. Good grief.

Although never having been married and never expect to, I have seen this occur a number of times. This is where the understanding and support parts of a marriage are supposed to happen if a marriage of two different personalities is supposed to work. Ask me about my Dad&Mom and my Mom's four other husbands and I'll tell you no lies..
