I finally got the VARO to favorably resolve my dilemna from a 1979 VA Board of Appeals rating increase, this year (2008) after I got my congressman involved. My phone calls and letters, over the years, with copies of the Board of Appeals decision (sent many times)were either ignored or discarded! When I talked to the VARO representative, earlier this year, he said there was nothing about the 1979 Board Decision in mt file!! We served our time honorably and the VA needs to serve us honorably too!!
