I'm new to this group and I have allot to say about the VA. I am a vietnam vet. My claim against the VA benefits is only 39 years old this comming august and it is not settled yet. my most revent filing was in January of 1997. the US court of apeals for veterans claims orderd the VA to settle in 2004, the last letter I got from the VA said they had 30 days to finish my claim and make the award, that was in November of last year, i'm still waiting. I had to retire from my professional occupation 9 years ago and have been on SSDI since then as 100 percent disabled due the the residual effects of recurring malaria. Now i wouldn't be so upset if I had not been drafted out of a really good job to serve my country when I have been 4-F since birth due to bith defects in my eyesight, I have been legally blind in my left eye since birth. I was sent into a combat zone blind in one eye where an air force dentist destroyed my teeth and My elbow was cut off, then I contracted recurring malaria that has destroyed my ligaments and tendons in my back and shoulders, shake my hand to hard and my arms fall out of socket, my back will not stay properly aligned and I still have the amalgam fillings in my teeth that were outlawed many years ago because of the mercury used in them. the VA has refused to do anything about my teeth. I had to take my m-16 with me to one of my dental appointments to stop the dentist from doing any more work on me after he pulled out one too many teeth and put one back by fiber glassing it to my jaw bone a civilian dentist broke my jaw taking that tooth out, ever had your jaw bone pulled apart, splintered?

now in responce to the Obama usurper comments, it is much more than being a usurper. What Do they call crimes against the constitution? If he is a natural born citizen why does he have a host of attorneys trying to stop every effort to make him prove he is? The constitution only has to requirement to hold the office of president, you have to be 35 years of age and a natural born citizen, too much evidence has surfaced that says he is not a natural born citizen. If he is not a natural born citizen then he has committed a crime against the constitution not only in his occupying the oval office but his senatorial seat was also against the law. what is that term that identifies crimes against the constitution, oh its called an act of TREASON. If he is not qualified to be president then nothing he does or signs is legal and simply by being in the oval office he is a threat to national security. all we ask him to do is prove he is a natural born citizens and he refuses to do that. Treason is a capitol crime.
