Semper Fi Godfather03. Desert Storm 91 was also a ****hole of a place. I have a nephew who is stationed at 29 stumps. He is at squad leaders school right now. He is with 2/7. I know he will deploy to Afghanistan.

2/7 was the only other grunt unit in afghanistan while i was there.

I hate the thought of you young guys being so gung ho but all I can ever say is be careful for what you wish for cause you just might get it been there wishing for things myself and guess what got it to ,you be safe and dont blame noone for what you wished for in the end. Semper Fi
